An individual does not achieve freedom solely by releasing him from slavery.
There is no such thing like absolute freedom.
Freedom of an individual within a community is described and determined by the community.
Our necessities and surroundings constrain us.
One of these items is fear.
Fear
Mankind is possessed by fear.
They are suffering
in a world demanding from them
to be active,
to connect themselves with it,
to contrast themselves with it,
to conserve themselves.
Why not just lie down and die?
And what than?
Dilemma.
They are moved by powers
they can't control,
which forces them to life.
They are caught.
Prisoners of their development,
their consciousness
whose laws they are constrained to,
whom they cannot resist.
So they retract inwards,
flee outwards,
loose themselves
in quotidian habits,
in self-indulgence:
Flesh focussed.
They reach out for excesses
which moves them out of this reality:
drugs, obsessions, fanaticism, religion.
They dive into illusions,
virtual worlds,
where it's possible to abandon
the consciousness of existence.
But they are hindered,
held,
retraced to the questions: Why? What for?
They fight,
tear themselves away apparently,
escape continuously,
are caught constantly.
Fade away!
Retire into another reality.
Burden the others with the support of one's life.
Reduce one's reality to a minimum.
Delegate all responsibilities
to someone else.
You are my God,
if you take the consciousness of being
off me
and guide me into a reign of everlasting well-being.
Fear regresses mankind.
Their potentiality is wasted
either for themselves as for the others.
They don't grow,
they don't green,
they will never be seeds
for a griefless and livelier
reality.
Freedom
Freedom is wings
Sprouted up
By cognition
Spread
By devotion
